- Physiotherapy Assessment is booked if you are new to In Reach Physiotherapy, if you have a new injury or you have not been to the clinic in over 6 months. 60 minutes.
- Physiotherapy Treatments are booked for an ongoing issue in that has been assessed by In Reach Physiotherapy. 30 minutes
- Complex Physiotherapy Treatments are booked for an ongoing issue that has been assessed by In Reach Physiotherapy when two or more body parts require treatment, or more time is required to accomodate treatment. 45 minutes.
- Climbing Assessment is booked for climbers that have already had a Physiotherapy assessment. It includes a video review of climbing movement within clinic and remotely. The patient will receive a written assessment with recommended drills to improve climbing movement. 60 minutes
- PhysioYoga is booked for patients that have already had a Physiotherapy assessment and are interested in a customized PhysioYoga routine. The patient will receive a sequence with with written instructions poses tailored to meet the patient's Physiotherapy needs. 60 minutes
